Started with one idea, fix the fundamentals first.

Cubikey was founded by a team of operators who'd worked on both sides of the agency relationship: running in-house marketing at growth-stage companies and consulting from the outside. We saw the same pattern repeat everywhere, agencies rushing to launch campaigns on top of broken funnels, leaky attribution and misaligned positioning.

So we built an agency that takes the opposite approach. Audit first. Fix the basics. Then scale with confidence. It's slower in week one and compounding from week twelve onwards.
